That patch is old and according to http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18258 doesn't solve the problem. I wouldn't bother, but if you really want to try it, instructions are here: http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#head-7ed3c3163e2b932ee2030a48f9c5e553dc41817b
