I had no idea what you were talking about until I checked the AppDB entry and realized that the "message" is what is appearing in the version description box. It's not a proper version description and shouldn't be there at all.  

As to what it means, it appears whoever wrote it solved the menu problem by upgrading x11, though they neglected to say what version. You could contact the app maintainer for clarification.
