You may download the ie executable and run it 

or download winetricks :
http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks
 (Right-click on that link and use 'save as')

give winetricks the executable permission by right-clicking the file and checking the box in the permissions tab.

double click on it and chose to run in a terminal.

in winetricks, check the ie7 box, press ok and follow the instructions
