What you want is bona fide Microsoft IE. You can install IE6 using
winetricks. If you need IE7, there's directions somewhere (don't recall
where, try googling it) for installing it in Wine.

Seriously, though, are you sure you can't use Firefox or Chrome or some
other browser? I know there are websites that won't work properly
outside of IE, but it's worth trying. Or, did you already try another
browser?
