Installing Java for Windows is a little tricky under Wine.  I recommend
visiting the Applications Database and reading the reviews for Java from
there. 

I do recommend using a separate prefix for installing both Java for
Windows AND IE6 if possible for testing purposes.

I will note that Javascript DOES not use any of the functions of Java.
