[Wine] Troubles with regression testing

Should I recompile the source after executing these commands?

git bisect start
git bisect good wine-x.x.x
git bisect bad wine-x.x.x




This guide (http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting) is not clear enough for me  :(
