[Wine] Sound broken in Ubuntu 1.2-rc7 packages (not a Wine bug)

Multiple people have reported this: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23588

Either build rc7 yourself, or stick with rc6 until a fixed package becomes available.
