Never run Wine as root. Follow the instructions in the FAQ to fix the permissions mess you've created by running as root: http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#head-96bebfa287b4288974de0df23351f278b0d41014

Reinstall to a clean wineprefix as a normal user.
