[Wine] Diablo Direct Draw Issue

Hello,

I am having a problem running Diablo in WINE. It installs properly and will run, but at the title menu all I get is a blank screen, but the menu is there for I can navigate it, i just can't see it.

I realize that this is due to a problem with DirectDraw, and have read articles on this. But I am new to WINE and have little experience with Linux as a whole. I was hoping that someone could direct me on how to solve this issue.
