How did you install this? Any overrides? If so, what? Did you cd to the program directory before trying to run it? Microsoft's crash handler is intercepting the crash. Try setting dw20.exe to disabled in winecfg. That's the crash handler in Office, and I'm assuming it's the same for Money.
