The problem I am having is actually with Kernel32.dll, which needs to be run natively, but I dont know how without the winecfg. Is there any way to make a command to make a dll run natively without having to use winecfg?

Just for future reference, kernel32.dll is a core Wine dll and cannot be
replaced with the native one. Looks like you have broken your Wine
installation.

I did read your other message and good luck. You might want to join the
Wine Developers mailing list just to keep us up on what you are doing
and what does or does not work. Also, we are always looking for folks
to fix some of the unimplemented code and this must be done in a clean
room environment....
