[Wine] Keyboard lag in WoW

I'm having keyboard lags in World of Warcraft even with keyboard-repetition disabled and reduce input lag enabled. This mostly happens when multiple keys are pressed. Every 10 seconds, if I'm holding the 'w' key ( to move forward ), the character will stop, and start to move again. It was running fine in the beginning and it keeps getting worst.

I'm on ubuntu 9.10, wine-1.1.31.
