I'm not sure what your Macports errors on updating is, you'll have to ask at Macports...

but your Wine error is simple Wine telling you it couldn't find the exe your trying to run.  make sure you cd into the correct folder where the .exe is before you try to run it... Wine isn't going to search your whole drive for it, just look in the local folder if you didn't type a full path.
