Yes, the path is wrong, so navigate to the directory and start it from there, or run it with the full path in the command line:

wine "C:\\Program Files\\MetaTrader\\metaeditor.exe"
or
wine "/home/oem/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/MetaTrader/metaeditor.exe"
