[Wine] PC-BSD8 Sound runs, but Wine HL2 has no Sound

Wine's OSS driver sometimes sets the volume to 0. You can usually work
around the problem with the following:

run 'winecfg'
select the audio tab
at the bottom, change the hardware acceleration setting to emulation.
