[Wine] Can't install windows program from disk on Lucid Lynx

[b]UBUNTU 10.4 (Lucid Lynx)[/b] now has a security feature that requires a bit permission setting to activate any program from the disk.  The disk, of course, is read only and cannot be modified.

A work around is needed.

I tried copying the disk to the system but Brasero is broken because an element is missing and is not in the installer.

Any ideas gratefully received.   [Wink]
