Please, obviously the above presumptions clumsily sow your opposition to the idea of being able to participate to this forum via a proven and standard protocol that is NNTP. Other than that, the ignorant argumentation is irrelevant.
As for ISP supported protocols, namely it is IP and everything using IP. If your ISP put some restrictions on what protocols you are allowed to use over IP, you should find a non-restricting non-protocol-censoring one.
