The command to move wine is does not take shear genius.  You just use 
the Linux mv command and then use the ln (link) command to rebuild the 
link to the C: drive.  Wine will only allow you to link to a Wine 
directory as linking to a Windows C: partition will cause Wine and 
Windows both to fail (thus Gert's comment on rebuilding/reinstalling 
Windows after doing so...)

Google is your friend or ask at your local Linux Users Group on how to 
use these commands.
