[Wine] Vietnamese language support

Hi there, 
I am trying to start learn Vietnamese language, have found some ( http://www.lingvosoft.com/Vietnamese-items/?refid=1425&fixed ) transtators/phrasebooks that look good for me.
Now I am trying to start it under WINE (1.1.9, Fedora 8, kernel & glibc from 10). 2 softwares (Voice Translator English - Vietnamese and Voice Phrasebook Vietnamese - Polish) installs fine.
Case 1): Translator: on launch complains about "missing Vietnamese language support", clicking "continue" and doing some play with font config gives WORKING software, BUT "speak" option on Vietnamese is grayed out. (works for English).
Can't install (found on M$ site LIPSetup.msi for Vietnamese): installation dies with this: http://www.laurentp.republika.pl/temp/slownik2.png .
Case 2). Phrasebook (working on Win$ laptop despite complaining about Vietnamese support) simply dies. (may provide console output). No matter LANG is pl_PL or en_US.

Please provide some help...
