[Wine] HELP! My Wine doesn't work at all !

DO NOT RUN WINE AS ROOT.  Bad things can happen to your system.  Run Wine only as a normal user.

Now that is said:

user at localhost $  

type in:

wine --version

next:
uname -a

post the response to both of these in this thread.
