Correct, most programs don't need RAS, they happily work over the network. You can safely ignore all RAS errors.

I think that's your real problem. Have you installed MySQL client libraries (not copied, but installed)?

Try with the fresh wineprefix. Install required version of .net, MySQL client, then your program. Don't install IE or set any DLLs to native.
