[Wine] No Jack Realtime w/ Wine, Kontakt 4

Good questions:  Jack 0.118.0, Qjackctl 0.3.4, Wineasio 0.7.5-1 (all the latest
available from Ubuntu repositories)

I haven't tried any other Asio app.  I'll have to give something like Reaper a try...
