[Wine] Black Background on Applications TExt

Hello, I'm trying to run Gregg College Keyboarding & Document Processing on my Linux Ubuntu and when I Open it the text shows up with a black background and is basically impossible to read. Can someone explain to me why this happens and if there is any solution to this issue, I really need to use this software for my college work,
