[Wine] WoW Wine unable to connect unless running as sudo

Well randomly worked, but, if I change WINEPREFIX to anything but what I run
out of, even a fresh one, I don't even get to the point of asking for my
authenticator #.  So made 3 backups of that directory just incase.
