[Wine] Adding the WineHQ Repository Problem

The Settings button in the update manager also works, but software
centre might be a nicer place...

Didn't know apt-add-repository exists....

This makes for 3 sets of instructions between 9.04 and 10.10... (The
PPA page itself might give them all though...)
