[Wine] Counter Strike Problem

Hello to all, i`m from Romania, so sorry for my bad englsh. So my problem it`s the next one: 

I`ve installed counter strike 1.6 from steam, i have the latest version of wine, i put in windows the tahoma font. But when i dubble click on cstrike.exe, the game run for 2 3 second`s, and on the background appears the menu but just quit and option. And then the game disappear and the resolution of my laptop it`s changed! 

Please help!
