[Wine] Quick question for wine developers

I have wine source for 3.1.6
3.1.7 just got loaded on my system by Synaptic.
Can I just get the deltas for 3.1.6 to 3.1.7 or do I have to download the whole thing?

The reason I am asking is that I just got a set of run-time library updates that included the 32-bit run-time stuff, so I feel the need to recompile.

A clue on where to look in the huge documentation on wiki would be a great help.
