This is the wrong place to ask. None of that has anything to do with Wine.

If everything is working on your system, what are you worried about?

There were a couple of bugs about characters rendering with blue skin due to a bug in the nVidia driver, though AFAICT it only affected the 400 series cards.

Supposedly it's fixed in 260.19.21, which was released on 2010-11-09. Looks like it's not in the openSUSE nVidia repository yet, so you'll either have to wait or use nVidia's installer.
