[Wine] regression, troubles with setup git tree

If you identified the problem as a regression, you must have some idea
when it used to work, no ?

Did it work with wine 1.0 ?  You might want to start with this
BTW, 'git tag' gives you a list of tags (that are just normal
revisions with a name)
