Can you run the application from the terminal (Applications folder -> Utilities folder -> terminal)

Please follow the instructions at http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log

This will create a logging file.  Please post the log file to a site like pastbin.com and post the URL to the location of the file entry here.
