if you want standard Wine for Macs, you have to compile it.. there is not any type of download and run.

Its easiest to build it using Macports (http://www.macports.org/)...

There is no binary installs for Macs maintained like for Linux.

If you want an easy to use type of Wine, since normal Wine is all command line and having to compile versions... you need to look at 3rd party tools that use Wine.
