[Wine] Scanning with Wine

I am trying to scan to Foxit Phantom with Wine. I'm able to install the program do everything else, but when I tell the program to "create PDF from scanner" nothing happens. I'm using a Canon MX850 that works fine in sane. I've included the output of export WINEDEBUG="+twain,+loaddll"

Can anyone provide any guidance on this? I really don't want to run Foxit in VBox, but I'm feeling like I may not have a choice.
