[Wine] Irfanview

Hi,

I'm new to Wine and understand very little about it.
However, I did manage (somehow) to get Irfanview running in Winebottler which makes me very happy.
Now that I've done that, how would I go about installing the "Plugin" file which would normally be installed within the Irfanview program in Windows?

I just tried to execute the setup.exe and it started the install process in Winebottler but then gave a bunch of errors.

I'm running Mac OS X 10.6.4 on an Intel
