[Wine] winecfg screen size

What version of Debian?

The latest version on the Wine download page is still 1.1.42 (for Lenny).
Delete the your old version per the instructions, then add the repository
per the instructions. Since there appears to be no Debian maintainer, that's
as far as you can go unless you learn to compile your own, or can find some
way to get someone to do it for you.
