I've just tried installing it on my Ubuntu 10.10 64-bit system. I'm using Wine from the PPA, so it's 1.3.6 and I've installed d3dx9, vcrun2008, cc580 and quartz using winetricks, however the game isn't working yet. The launcher seems to work fine, allowing me to use the Options dialog and change the resolution and so on. The game itself shows the opening screen with the copyright notices on it and then crashes, with the following output:

I do have a /usr/lib32/libGL.so - which after following symlinks is /usr/lib32/mesa/libGL.so.1.2. My video card is an nVidia 8600 GTS, and I'm using the nvidia drivers from the Ubuntu repository ("NVIDIA accelerated graphics driver (version current)" according to the Additional Drivers tool)

What've I missed? :)
