We're getting close to not needing a patch for AcceptEx. The latest version, http://source.winehq.org/patches/data/65582 was rejected yesterday http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-devel/2010-August/086359.html but I'm sure Mike will fix it up and resubmit soon.
