What version of Wine? If it's older than 1.2, upgrade.

Reinstall Office in a clean wineprefix without all that garbage. 

After installing, set riched20 to native and usp20 to native, builtin. DO NOT install them with winetricks--Office installs its own riched20 and usp10. Then install shockwave and flash. If it still doesn't work, file a bug.
