Disabling quartz.dll doesn't help with the music in wma problem. Sound effects and voices can be enabled by doing both a 'winetricks directmusic' and also installing 'dsound.dll' from DirectX and switching it to native. I'd be happy to try to help figure out what's missing from the builtin dlls if somebody could point me to how to help.
