My conclusion, copying prefix is one of the solution, but it needs adjustment of the links.

Licence is another issue. I believe in Windows based system, Office can only be installed in one system but not limited to one user as long as they are created in this system? Is that save to say that we can use one licence in linux-based (wine) system with multiple users?

Actually, I am still not quite sure with the prefixes. If Install office 2007, is that having different folder in my user .wine folder? If yes, can I just copy this to other user? Does the registry affected?
