[Wine] wineboot problems

hello people,
I am trying to launch a windows program, and I'm getting this error:

I am under Fedora 13 and never messed up the wine configuration (I would not touch it with a very long stick...)
Just to be sure I uninstalled and reinstalled all of the wine packages, but nothing changed:
