Good luck with that. It never really worked. Ever, not counting a special kind of DDraw games (haven't seen a single one yet, but the code is there...).

AJ stated that until Wine will be stable enough it should never completely grab mouse/keyboard input. You'll need to reboot/power off/remotely kill Wine if it crashes while grabbing controls.
