[Wine] PCDuo 11 Master and Wine

I am trying to get a program working under Wine (Vector Networks PCDuo 11 Master remote control). The program starts but there are various buttons that don't do anything and I can't see any remote clients. I realize this is not a mainstream program, but any ideas on what the issue could be? Maybe it needs a native DLL, but I have no idea how to determine that.
