[Wine] Re: Storage share mode help

I was trying to install Civ4 complete. I updated to Wine 1.3.25 and I got the game running. Trying to install a downloaded patch still showed the same error though. The command I ran was "wine filename.exe"

Since the game was running, I was able to use the in-game patcher and that worked perfectly. So all is good. I assume that I'm doing something wrong generally though with installing patches? If so, can you point it out for next time?
