Best you are not going to like.

Number 1 note down wine version and install applications on old computer.
Number 2 reinstall the lot on the new computer.

Reason differences in video cards and other things can make existing installed applications not live after migration.   Yes Wine has the same bad habits as Windows because some of these bad habits come from the Application themselves.

Yes I have seen people under real windows change video card and have a stack of application no longer work.   This is not a Wine unique fault.
