Followed this tut (http://www.jeffsplace.net/node/12) for removing PulseAudio and using ALSA instead. When you use shortcut keys for volume down, it shows up a ugly icon on the bottom center (instead of the tidy top-right Maverick' default ones), but works like a charm.

This also fixed some stuttering issues I had when monitor turned off or I changed the volume during a music.

Now I just need to make CS Widescreen, then I'll be happy.
