[Wine] Problem with some program

I have a problem with my Linux;)
I have Ubuntu 8.04 and Wine 1.0, and when I install the program and open it, I get a message like this:

Kernel32.dll was copying many files from www.google.com, but unfortunately it's not helped: (
What do I do now to make this work?
