What version of Wine and what Linux Distribution/version are you using?

Try running the program in a terminal window per the instructions at http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#run_from_terminal

If there are screens and screens of output capture this to a logging file and post to a site like pastebin.com per the instructions at http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log
