It is not possible to install any 64 bit Windows program on 32 bit 
Windows.  The answer here is no.  However, you can try to build the 64 
bit version of Wine (http://wiki.winehq.org/WineOn64bit.  There are 
packages that you must install to get full Wine functionality and they 
are discussed on the approprite page.

Also, one further comment.  RedHat Linux 5.4 is nearing End of Life 
support.  Please consider upgrading to 5.5, 5.6 or 6.0
