[Wine] How to run 'Todolist' under Wine?

Dear Wine Team,

I would need to run the Todolist tool (Download URL: http://www.codeproject.com/KB/applications/todolist2.aspx?msg=3744449#xx3744449xx) using my new Ubuntu Laptop (Ubuntu 10.04 LTS with Wine 1.1.42)

I have given the execute permissions to the program. I  also don't need all the dLLs in it.The basic version of 'Todolist.exe' and 'EncryptDecrypt.dll' are sufficient. When I run the program it shows the 'busy' cursor for sometime and then nothing happens.

Can some one help please?
