This software is not ILLEGAL and is FREE for use as specified on the 
website run by the organisation.  You have to agree to abide by their 
rules and operate per their directions (and International Flight 
Directives.)  The FSX product is an ADD-ON to MS FSX, not the product 
itself and you must own a legally registered copy of FSX, without hacks 
in order to use the add-on.

A few minutes of research and reading are very useful.
